Now that the work is finished I would like to say ‘thank you’\u00a0 for all the effort you put in.<\/p>\n

I was apprehensive about the undertaking but you made it flow effortlessly, helped by really good, fastidious work teams – and so tidy!\u00a0 I’m really pleased with the outcome, it is a joy to arrive home and be greeted by the new railings!<\/p>\n

It would never have occurred to us to work with a Project Manager on an extension to our\u00a0 late Georgian house – a role more usually associated with public or industrial undertakings rather than residential ones.\u00a0 When an architect friend suggested Graham to us as a guide, mentor, and hands-on overseer, it turned out to be one of the best pieces of advice we\u2019ve ever received. The project time-frame was a tight three\u00a0months and there were inevitably problems. Graham handled these with ingenuity and care, relieving us of this responsibility. In retrospect, I can\u2019t imagine how we would have dealt with both the entire process and with some of the complex issues that arose without Graham\u2019s steady and assured grasp of engineering, building and architectural matters and of our own needs.<\/p>\n
