\u00a0This is a small set of examples of recent work I’ve delivered;<\/strong><\/p>\n

Extension and refurbishment of a Georgian house in the Brandling Conservation Area<\/strong><\/p>\n

This project was to develop the under-used north-facing rear yard to create a spacious kitchen and living area and ground floor shower room. The large roof lantern is used to maximise natural light in what could have been a rather dark space. \u00a0I also led the design and installation of bespoke bookcases and internal redecoration of much of the rest of the house.<\/p>\n

Refurbishment of two adjoining Edwardian houses in the Brandling Conservation Area<\/strong>

\nThe scope of this project included dismantling and rebuilding the original boundary walls and reinstating railings and gates as close to the original design as possible. I\u00a0also co-ordinated roof repairs, replacement roof windows, garden landscaping and other internal refurbishment work.<\/p>\n

I\u00a0used the old black and white photograph, above left, along with the rusty stubs of the original railings left in the stonework, to develop the design for the replacement railings.<\/p>\n

Construction of a rear extension to a Victorian house in Heaton<\/strong>

I led the design and delivery of a rear extension to this family home, featuring a large roof lantern and fully-glazed entrance doors. I have also reconfigured and refurbished the master bathroom.<\/p>\n

I delivered a comprehensive refurbishment of the ground floor of this large family house, including;<\/p>\n
